Harmonic Centrality can help an SEO team decide where to investigate connected domains, but the public score is not a page-level internal-linking prescription. This calculator uses a Common Crawl domain graph, so it cannot identify the best anchor text or the most important page on a site.
Start with a graph clue
Record a domain’s Harmonic Centrality score, rank, graph release, and PageRank comparison. Use the result to find domains that are close to many reachable nodes in the observed graph. Those domains may be useful candidates for a relationship, citation, or entity review.
Inspect pages separately
Next, crawl the relevant sites and review navigation, contextual links, canonical URLs, page purpose, and user journeys. Look for clear paths between definitions, evidence, products, and supporting references. Do not add links solely to increase a graph metric.
Measure the outcome
Track discovery, indexing, engagement, and retrieval or citation observations after changes. Harmonic Centrality can remain a descriptive research layer while your actual decisions are based on usefulness, clarity, and evidence.
